Great news for big fans of the HTC as the HTC will go on sale in India and customers can get one too. A good news is that HTC is making its new phone more competitive its previous launches in the country, especially in terms odd specifications with a reasonable price to compete with flagships from other rivals.
The HTC U11 for Indian market will feature up to 6GB RAM and 128GB inbuilt storage. The device will go on sale at Rs. 51,990 (around $800), which is even cheaper than Samsung’s latest flagship releases. The 6GB RAM and 128GB ROM variant of Galaxy S8 Plus is priced at Rs. 74,900 (approximately $1150), while the advanced version of Galaxy S8 is also more expensive with the price at at Rs. 64,900 (around $1000).
The U11 is the latest HTC’s flagship this year, featuring a 5.5-inch QHD display, the latest 10nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset, clocked at 2.45GHz, a 12 MP Dual pixel rear camera at the back, a 16 megapixel selfie snapper, a IP67 standard for water and dust resistance, a 3,000mAh battery capacity with Quick Charge 4.0. Furthermore, the U11 also comes with an intriguing squeezable design. The only minus is the lack of a 3.5mm headphone jack, but the company already offers an adapter in the box for the exchange.
The HTC U11 will be available in India in the end of the month and Amazon India will begin selling it in the final week of June, while the retail stores across the country will also start going on sale the phone at the same time.
